Systems built for how operations actually run.

Perfhi System develops intelligent software for organizations whose performance depends on understanding what happens inside their own operation.

Complex operations generate enormous amounts of information.

Performance depends on understanding what that information means.

Perfhi builds systems that connect data, intelligence and decisions.

We believe advanced technology becomes valuable when it improves how operations perform.

What we do

Engineering before technology.

Every Perfhi system starts from an operational question, not from a technology we want to apply.

We study the operation first
Before any model is trained, the process has to be understood: what is measured, what is recorded, what is left implicit, and where decisions are actually made.
We connect what already exists
Most operations already produce the information they need. It sits in separate systems, formats and habits. Connecting it is usually the highest-value engineering in the project.
We build for the people running it
A system that produces analysis nobody acts on has not improved performance. Our interfaces are designed for the operational reality of the person reading them.

Philosophy

Quiet technology, visible results.

Honest about limits
Prediction describes probability, not certainty. We say so, in the product and in the conversation, because operational trust is built on accuracy about what a system can and cannot do.
Built to be maintained
Industrial systems live for years. We write software that a different engineer can understand, extend and correct long after the first release.
Security is not a phase
Data from an operation is sensitive by default. Access, storage and transmission are designed at the start, not added before launch.

Markets

Two markets, one discipline.

Industry and agribusiness differ in vocabulary and cycle, not in the underlying problem: information exists, and performance depends on reading it correctly.

Let's talk about performance.

Tell us about the operation you are responsible for. We will tell you honestly whether our technology fits it.
