Principles
How we decide what to build.

- A model is chosen for the reliability of its answer in the operation, not for its sophistication on paper.
- Explainable where it matters
- When a system supports an operational decision, the person taking that decision has to be able to see why it was suggested.
- Designed to be integrated
- A platform that cannot exchange data with what the operation already runs will not survive contact with it.
